Michelle Bates was recognized for her work as chair of the Airdrie Health Foundation in keeping the Airdrie Urgent Care Centre open 24 hours every day. As a result of Michelle's courage, perseverance and years of effort, this past March the Urgent Care Center in Airdrie now keeps its doors open 7 days a week 24 hours a day to help prevent tragedy for Airdrie and the surrounding community.
